I am on day 18 too. I have 15 eggs, I know one is no good I candled it and you could see straight through it. I water candled 4 of them when I took my turner out and all four bobbed in the water. I was just watching them in the incubator and the eggs are starting to move a little. 
This is my first time, incubating. I am getting so excited, trying to maintain patients tho. This is going to be a long 3 days.
