i was told they were 8 months i purchased 4 all supposed to be hens but not sure since ive had them about 1 month and still not laying, location delaware.

Actually, I just answered you on your duplicate thread, but as I stated there, the birds in the top pic and the bottom pic are both cockerels.

thank you the person i got them from keeps saying well they arent crowing yet. when will they start
Most cockerels begin crowing from 4-5 months, but some of them can take considerably longer (I've especially found this to be true with Orpingtons), and on rare occasions, it can be nearly a year.

x2, I've had roosters start crowing at 3 weeks, and others at 5 to 6 months.
x 3 tell the person you'd like a refund for the roos - yah right
