Good morning everyone!

I got a nice phone call at work yesterday :) I've been asked to fix a department luncheon for 30 people this coming Thursday...the whole works, pulled pork, sliced brisket, cole slaw and some sort of little dessert. My first big one of this season! These things are quite a bit of work but the money is good :D

What does everyone have planned for the weekend? Things are looking good weather-wise here which will be nice!

Awesome! Sounds delicious! It’s going to be a beautiful day here. My friend wanted me to go garage sailing but I said no as I think I’ll plant flowers today. I told her I need sunshine instead of more stuff. :lol:

Hmmmm, how interested would you be in coming up with the Grand Master’s Formal plated banquet on Sunday night, the ladies’ luncheon on Monday, the men’s luncheon on Monday, and the Master Mason’s buffet banquets on Monday night. 150 people for GM Banquet on Sunday night, 100 for the men’s luncheon, 110 for the ladies’ luncheon, and 260 for the Monday night buffet? Oh, and two breakfast buffets....one for the GL officers (40 people) and one the next morning for the Grand Secretaries breakfast. Note: there will be 11 vegetarians for every meal, and we’ll need 6 kid’s meals (Kendra, Senator Enzi’s grandkids, Regis’ 3 kids). Prolly not, huh?
