Hen making noise and opening mouth

I have a small flock of about 9 hens, yesterday I bought 4 more older hens that they said were already laying, this morning I notice one of them making a werid noise and looks like she is chocking (stretching her neck and opening her mouth) making a gurgling sound, I can feel a small pea size ball up high in her throat, it looks like it's in the tube at the base of her toung. All 4 hens are staying off by themselves at night they roost, during the day the sit on the floor facing the wall, also no eggs :/
Any help ? Please

I did the q-tip test and it's clean, she seemed normal yesterday and just notice her doing this this morning and when I picked her up I can feel a little ball in her trachea
She hasn't ate or drink anything all day not even dried mealworms
