They're ready to go outside. You can continue to feed the starter/grower till they start to lay eggs.

Chickens are flock animals and usually don't fare well alone.
I usually feed chick starter till it runs out and I need to buy more, then chick grower till they reach the age you expect them to start laying around 20-25 weeks then move them on to layer feed. I also tend to save a bit of the one before and feed them the old and the new mixed together for a few days as they tend to get a bit of diareah if you just swap them straight over.
