URGENT - NEED ADVICE on hatching chick!

Hi Everyone! Need Help! Pics at end.
This is first time hatching at home. So far 4 hatched with no issues. Number 5 has zipped half way around but looks like she zipped through yolk side! There's yolk on shell and membrane showing is yellow and dried. I moistened it with q tip of warm water. I can see her beak and she's still moving and chirping, but hasn't made any progress for past 3 hours. I don't want to jump the gun and intervene if yolk not absorbed, but don't want it to die stuck in there either. ADVICE PLEASE!!!!!

that doesnt look like the wrong end of the egg, is it moving, if it is it must be ok and she may have ruptured the yolk early on. sorry was offline, I see no blood at all, clear his nostriles, so I would hold it under a warm lamp on a warm wash damp towel, slowly chip pc by piece off the top AIR CELL, until you have the top of the egg off, if you hit bood stop, and then see if he comes out on his own. more images at that point.

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I was a wreck! My husband came home from work on lunch and we were able to finish the zip and pull halves apart to help (thanks for the advice and link about assisting!) We had to help her out even more... turned out she was just really BIG and couldn't move enough to get herself out. Aside from a little umbilical cord still attached and taking longer to walk upright, she's been very health! They all are! We named her Lucky :)
BTW, We got 5 chicks from 12 eggs. We have 3 on day 23 that still haven't pipped. Should we assume they won't hatch since the first 5 hatched on days 19 and 20?

this is where your at in the assist article........

Tap with your fingernail GENTLY on the air cell and hold to your ear, Can you hear a peep?

**IF** YOU DO NOT HAVE AN INTERNAL PIP AND YOU CAN’T HEAR CHIRPING and but you do SEE MOVEMENT, place that egg BACK in the incubator and WAIT, this EGG DOES NOT need assisting at this point!

**IF** however YOU DO NOT HAVE AN INTERNAL PIP AND YOU CAN’T HEAR CHIRPING and YOU DO NOT see MOVEMENT please proceed to The Float Test ~ Checking Egg Viability. Give Eggs A Full 24 Hrs Overdue Before Float Testing ONLY AFTER CANDLING and NO Internal pips and NO internal MOVEMENT or CHIRPING! This procedure takes very little equipment Or time to do and Is Easy To Perform. I had my first chick hatch on day 26th and last on the 30th day!
