2 month old chick with one leg longer than other

I have a 2 month old chick that has one leg that is 1-2 (at least) inches longer. It's walking like it has a slipped achille (it doesn't) because of it. My birds free range, and I feel like that's going to be pretty hard for it. Should I wait and see if it evens out some as it grows, or cull it? I really don't want to cull it, but I also don't want it to suffer.
 
I had to put it down. It was a really hard decision to make, but it had started just laying around unable to walk at all. I'm not sure why it got so much worse so quickly, but it was suffering.
