I have an incubator similar to yours. Currently on day 16 trying to hatch Araucana eggs that were shipped. Did you keep the styrofoam that the incubator was packaged with? Before purchasing this model I read quite a few of the reviews and kept the styrofoam around it. It helps immensely with keeping the temperature up where it needs to be and stabilized. I also invested in a separate digital egg thermometer because the one that comes attached to the incubator isn't always correct and may need slight adjustments made depending on the room that it is kept in.
