Well I always thought that when it starts getting cold your hen slow down in laying eggs but mine are laying them like crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And that's a good thing. Day length has a far greater impact on egg laying than does temperature (unless it is really excessive in either direction.) Young birds especially will lay well through their first season.
 
I should have said that 'young birds may lay well through their first season'. If egg laying decreases you can generally start it up by adding light to your coop so as to extend the 'day length' to 14 hours.
