A will she has, but it hardly matters. Anything the state could take they have done so. What is left, I have. As POA for health and finance, my "family" can do nothing without my say so. And it is up to me what care mother gets (everything that will make her comfortable) and who gets what. Right now I am not feeling very charitable. When all is said and done I have no wish to ever see my family again.
