That coloring is ISA Brown female coloring, but that bird has 'rooster' red on the shoulders/wings. It's a boy. Sparrow is a mixed breed and a cockerel. He's got 'rooster' red coming in on the shoulders. Colonel looks like a Production Red cockerel. Chow Mein is definitely a cockerel with that black chest.
