*UPDATE*
The chick has died, however it never would have made it out of its shell, as it had NO Skull, a deformed beak (very short upper beak, no egg tooth) and it's brain growing out of the centre of its forehead.
I did a bit of research and It appears to be a genetic issue, I did let the breeder know.
