Hello from Eastern Washington. I've been raising chickens off and on since 1980 and last year started a new flock. I recently found this forum and I can sure appreciate all the info available today. Sure wish a resource like this one was readily available 30 years ago. I learned from lots of trial and error, mostly error. LOL

Hi and a warm welcome to BYC! I reckon learning from mistakes is possibly the only real way - history has proved that time and time again. Anyway, its great to have you join us and i look forward to reading your posts in the coming weeks / months etc.

All the best
