Does Rooster Have Dry Pox? PICTURE!!

Does it look like my Silkie rooster has dry pox? I have a chicken in a separate pen that came down with either wet pox or canker. Since there are no misquotes in our cold climate right now, the only way our other chicken could have gotten wet pox was by this rooster having dry pox.

This rooster is not acting lethargic. He has had these spots for over six months. Any suggestions? Thanks:)

that does not look like dry pox, it actually looks like he got into something and it's on his comb.
