3 month old gender?

In my opinion, cockerel. 
he has a pretty large comb and he seems to have some "boy plumage" on his tail.

That looks older than 3 months, but I agree, I am seeing male feathers in the tail too.

Yes, 3 months, and 1 week, hatched 11/7/15. The first eggs I bought/shipped only 2 hatched
BOTH cockerels. The second eggs I got only 1 hatched They are huge compared to my buffs and other chickens.Cockerel.
