ROOSTER COMB AREA SKIN IS FALLING OFF HELP ASAP

Do you have any other roosters he could have gotten into a fight with? Did he get attacked by something? Hope someone with more experience can help soon...

False alarm everybody It wasnt skin it turned out to be a lot of dried on blood we washed disinfected and stopped the bleeding he is in a seperate cage now sorry to alarm you all! ty everyone!
