HELP! I think my rooster is dying

I posted on here a day or 2 ago about my rooster. It started about a week ago - closing 1 eye & just standing there like he's sleeping, then he basically stopped eating, he will very very slowly venture out of the coop to drink but not much. We have checked for mites & lice but don't see anything, did a dust bath anyways just in case. He has thick yellow poop stuck to his butt but under his vent. I just went & checked on him & he is just laying there, doesn't even fight when we pick him up...and his comb is very dark. I think he is dying but I don't know what to do!! PLEASE HELP!

I also forgot to mention that I think his tail feathers are falling out?? Is that normal?

Have you tested him for worms or parasites? Most vets will do a fecal float test fairly cheaply even if they don't see chickens. Last time I got one done it cost me $15. You would then decidedly know if Coccidiosis if his problem and how to treat him.
