I'm thinking I have a Marans roo. He jumps at the other two chicks with his feet the way my adult RIR roo does. The three chicks are all three different ages. I got them straight run. I believe this chick is five or six weeks old.

I'm not familiar with the breed, but thats a lot of comb (and a bit of wattle) development at that age, so I'd say your suspicions are spot on.

Awesome guys, thanks! I think I'm getting better at sexing the chicks. This is my second batch. I bought my first batch of chicks last March. I have another chick that I believe is a pullet. She's a week older than the chick in my first post.

I don't see anything screaming cockerel, so I would have to agree.

Here's another picture where I think I see the start of spurs.

And another of the chick.

Do you guys think I'm right? Is this a cockerel?
All chicks have spur buds, both male and female. The spurs don't begin to develop until about 6 months old. Some roosters never to grow spurs, and sometimes a hen will grow them.
The chick is a cockerel due to the big pink comb at such a young age. Pullets don't start to pink up until they are getting close to laying age.
