It looks like a welsh harlequin or maybe a mix, Snowy mallards are so hard to find especially if they are pure bred so many people who claim to have them simply just bred them with call ducks which makes it a mixed breed not a mallard even e fowl a few years back decided to sell snowy mallards and when I contacted them about their lineage and what bloodlines that came from the first sentence was . " we obtained this variation of mallard from breeding a low quality snowy call ducks and mallards together" I replied " that is a mixed breed and you can be sued for false advertising a product." Ah, that's where I had seen them for sale before was on efowl. So it sounds like they are more rare than I thought.
S/he's considerably smaller than the Pekin but the Pekin was the biggest out of the group and s/he was the smallest. The rest were a decent size, not as big as the Pekin but also not that small. I got a better picture today.Probably a Welsh Harlequin:
