Sick hen HELP

I have a 1 1/2 year old buff orpington. The last 2 days has been very lethargic. Closing eyes, and keeping to her self. Yesterday I got her to eat some scrambled eggs, and drink water. Today, her crop is empty, she only picks a little bit at eggs. Have no idea when she laid an egg last. She lost a lot of feathers about 2 months ago, and has never regrown them. I have seen her in the nest box,

She can not stand she is so weak. She is NOT coughing, sneezing, nothing respitory. I'm afraid I'm going to lose her. Help me.
 
I checked her for egg bound. Didn't feel anything. Some yellow, what looked like egg yolk came out of her vent after I checked her.
 
She's not eating. She is drinking some water. What should I do for her? I have scrambled egg in front of her. She won't touch it.
 
What looked like cooked egg yolk that came out of her vent would indicate an infection. If it were my bird I would give her an antibiotic. Taking her to an avian friendly vet would be able to determine what type of antibiotic for her infection.

She probably will not eat until she is feeling better. Chickens can lose a lot of weight and still recover once the illness is gone.
 
She is drinking sugar water. She did eat a tiny bit of egg last night. She has been pooping. The other day I had them in their run, all the hens were peaking in the mud and had muddy beaks. Her poop looks like dirt. I think she ate dirt, and it's kinda backing her up. I did give her some grit. She ate it right away. I'm hoping as long as she is drinking that all the dirt will pass. Any one know if there is anything I can give her to help the dirt pass better? She seems a little more perky today.
 
I'm so baffled with my hen.. She drinks lots of water, has been pooping. It was yellowish. Now kinda black. But lots of liquid from her drinking so much. I did soak her in Epsom salts. She moves around, but not well. Kinda scoots and uses her wings. She seems alert. Just week. Can't really get her to eat anything. Her crop feels soft. And sqiushy. I thought maybe she ate too much dirt, now I'm not so sure. She did squak when I was messing with her.
 
Can you try some more egg, canned tuna, and adding water to her feed to get her to eat more? Probiotics which are in some feeds like certain Purina and Nutrina feeds, in products like Probios, and also in plain yogurt or buttermilk can help with immunity and diarrhea. Yellow droppings can be egg yolk material, sometimes bacterial infection such as E.coli and others, so you may want to post a picture of droppings. Crops can become slow with other infections or illnesses. At her age it can be common to lay internally or to have egg yolk peritonitis. A local vet could Xray her and give potent antibiotics if that is the problem.
