Actually I don't know what happens yesterday evening when I went to feed him I suddenly saw one of his wings r dropped can't move it

That's a spectacular bruise. Does the wing move normally if you move it around? Use the other wing as a guide.

Here are a couple of links that may help you to decide if his wing is broken and to help with splinting. I like the second one better for figure 8 wrapping of a wing, but the first one has a good picture of bone anatomy and how to tell if it is broken on pages 10 and 11.
