9 week old EEs crowing.

I have 2 EEs with 10 other LF laying varieties. Yesterday morning they both started crowing. I got them from a hatchery and they were supposed to be sexed pullets. They both have pretty large bright red combs. Does this mean they are for sure cockerels?
Here's a couple pics of one of them. They're so flighty and hard to get near!

I thought so! Well I like the idea of keeping one, but I can't decide. I wish I knew which one was nicer, but they're both super flighty and won't let me get near them.
