New chick with broken leg! What to do....

Help! I bought 7 chicks from tractor supply. Shortly after one started limping. My dad says he thinks it's leg is broken. What to I do for a chick with a broken leg? Thanks!

It's a broken leg because if you try to fix

I definitely think it is broken now that I am home to look at the chick. It's leg is stuck out behind it and it REALLY swollen, it won't get up or walk now.
