Hello, I started incubating my first eggs this morning and I've been reading a lot about people who cool and mist their eggs once a day.
Have any of you had better results with one or the other?

what do you mean by cooling and misting, I have never heard of this, you want to keep eggs at 99-101 fahrenheit and I can't remember humidity off the top of my head but you want the eggs themselves dry on the outside the moisture will come from the sponges or water in the bottom of your incubator

I have read that some people take them out of the incubator and put them on say a towel and mist them with water, to mimic a hen getting up to eat and taking a swim and then sitting back on them
