Chick looks like she can't breathe

I have a new to me Rhode Island Red chick that seems to be stretching her next to breathe. She got some food and water and pecked about a bit but she goes back to that breaking and then she is flopping some too. Idk what it is or what to do?! Any idea?

I'm not sure what may be wrong but I would but sav-a-chick to add to your chicks water.You can get it at Tractor Supply or at a feed store. Good luck and I'm sure you'll receive helpful replies!!
