Welcome to BYC!

You must have, or plan to have, a lot of birds for that many nest boxes to be needed. The birds in the photo look rather young, have they reached laying age yet? If not I would go ahead and remove them to discourage them developing a habit of sleeping in them or viewing them as anything other than the nests in which to lay eggs - allowing those habits leads to nest boxes full of poop, and no one wants to have poopy eggs.

Are the boxes on the top anchored at all to avoid them being flipped inadvertently? Chickens aren't always careful or mindful as they move about and their weight on the wrong edge could lead to boxes turning over or even being knocked to the floor.

Yeah there young yet thanks for the advice I'll take them down til they get older and I did secure the top ones down so they wouldn't tip them over thanks again
