We need help figuring out whether our White Plymouth Rock (whom we bought from a store as a "pullet") is actually a male? He/she is about 4 mos. old and recently has started running up to our other chickens, pecking them on the back once when they're not expecting it, then running off and causing all kinds of commotion among the group of six. I separated the chicken from the others a day ago and it looked right at me and crowed like a rooster. Not happy. Since then we have heard it crow about 10-times. Acts like a rooster, crows like a rooster but looks like a female? Would love to hear your thoughts.
