I am getting my baby chicks this week, and have a medical appointment May 1, that will require my absence for a day, but back at night. How long must chicks have constant supervision?
As long as you have them in brooder with a heat source, food, and water, they can pretty much take care of themselves, and they'll be fine while you go to your appointment.
