Before anyone comments, this is not fried chicken. This is a beloved pet. Last Saturday we noticed he was rattling when he breathed and was sneezing. Bought VetRx and placed in drinking water and on bread (his favorite snack). Sunday he seemed to be better, was more active and didn't notice the rattling. Monday it rained and when got home from work he was in the coop sounding bad again, he was damp so I know he had been out in the run. We separated him from the rest of the flock, which are also sneezing but not rattling yet. Coop was completely cleaned out on Saturday. Had been using sweet PDZ all over the coop flooring but recently purchased turkeys, which increased the dust in the coop. Changed to pine shavings and hay. He did not eat yesterday at all, refuses to even eat his favorite bread. Used a Q-tip to get VetRx in his beak last night. No change. Doesn't appear to be drinking any water either. This morning the tip of his beak had what appeared to be a white mucus. His eyes are clear, don't see anything coming from his nose. The rattling is loud and he sneezes often. Treat pets and ourselves with natural remedies, if at all possible. What more can we do for him?

Sounds like a respiratory infection. Could possibly be Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) or something similar.
Can you take him to a vet for testing? Some (most) respiratory diseases are contagious can continue to infect/be introduced to any new stock that you introduce to your flock/property.
Generally respiratory infections will have to be treated with antibiotics which can be purchased at the feed store. Tylan or Oxytetracycline are commonly used.
Did you by any chance have the turkeys separated in a quarantine area before introducing them to your flock of chickens?

Here's a link to most of the common respiratory diseases - it has a symptom/comparison chart at the bottom - course of treatment is described for each one in the disease description.
