Help with one week old emu suddenly tucking neck under his belly

Hello everybody! Just wondering if anybody has had this problem? We have 2 one week old emu chicks , they were both completely fine , one has suddenly started tucking his neck under his belly , like he can't hold his head up

, he's falling over , he will eat drink and poop , I've started giving him some electrolytes , any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks!!!!

In chickens this sometimes happens after a peck or bump to the head/ nutritional deficiency. I don't know if it is the same with emus. Please post asap on the "Emu thread." put that in the search box and it will come up.
