How to tell gender on bourban red poults?

I am going to get 2 bourbon red turkey poults today and want to try and get a pair anyone have tips on how the tell the gender as poults?

You may or may not get lucky trying to figure it out. I don't recommend getting just 2 poults as I find they have a much better chance of surviving in larger groups. I also don't recommend having a pair of turkeys. I like to have four to five hens for one tom. It helps to keep the tom from over breeding a single hen.
