First Hatch: Shaking egg, tiny hole but over 24 hours... nothing?

I have 6 fertilized eggs and 1 not. One of the eggs is shaking with a countdown of 3 days at the top of the incubator. It looks like there is a tiny hole but this has been like this for 24 hours now. I wanted to get the bator ready (take out the bottom tray, fill up the water for humidity, and put down paper towel) but with this shaking egg, I am not so sure.

I am hatching eggs up at a college for freshman biology. I have 7 eggs in a mini advanced B incubator. The temperature at the top keeps fluctuating rapidly and so I have to call the company and ask whats going on.

What would you do?

If you haven't highered your humidity you need to do that. So go ahead and go into lockdown. The egg should be fine.
