Where do I even begin to help my chicken?

DE does nothing for a mite infestation...you need permethrin or Sevin dust to treat mites...

All of the chickens will need to be treated as well as the coop...burn all bedding and any bedding for nesting boxes too...I do not know if you use straw for nesting boxes or bedding...if so replace with something else...straw can harbour mites...

I suggest that as you said had evidence of mites that this be your first priority...mites will suck blood and kill chickens...

Sorry if this sounds dramatic but it could be the reason for her being ill...

Have you checked her for mites, they killed one of my girls.
Don't just trust treating her for mites,
go back and recheck and recheck. I had to move my coop.

Give her calcium tablet crushed a little water and give it to her by mouth from a syringe along with Nutri Drench. Give her meat build her strength. Scrambled egg, watermelon, etc.
Have you ever tubed ?
It is easy.
DE does nothing to mites.
I tried all the dusting powders. gave baths to take off the crusts on their bodies, the mites are awful. Permectrin II Animal and Premise Insecticide Concentrate or what I ended up with was the

ATROBAN 11% EC PINT

I sure hope she gets better.

He comb is very pale in the images you posted...a pale comb can indicate a mite infestation problem...you need to treat one symptom at a time...it will then eliminate possible causes...

Please do consider treating her with something effective for mites before you look further...I know it is difficult but you should consider the easiest and effective resolution..then eliminate others as you search for the reason(s) for her illness...you have been given some great advice for differing problems with her health...

Mites
Egg bound
Worms

the list is endless...

Good luck!
