Separate her from the others at least for a day or two. A warm soak to her vent area in some betadine or Epsom salts water would help to clean her up. Then apply some plain bacitracin or neosporin on her vent. Watch for bullying. Make sure they are not overcrowded. Feed them a good layer feed with at least 16% protein, and try to let them out to range every day. Feed a little extra protein in treats such as bits of eggs, 24%gamebird feed, or sunflower seeds. This is called vent pecking, and can lead to cannibalism. BluKote spray or Nustock cream should be applied to her vent area before returning to the flock. Separate bullies.
Watch her vent area in case she has a prolapse, which can sometimes invite pecking of the red tissue that pops outside.
