Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm trying to help my hen as soon as possible and hoping some of you can give me a clue as to what else I can do. She has had what seems like a chronic enlarged crop which until the last week it hasn't seemed to bother her. She's just under a year old. I've been doing ACV but not much else. Now she's not laying for the last week and she's lost feathers on the crop its so swollen. Could it just be that she's molting? The feathers are only gone in that one area and they're completely gone. I am going to check and see if she's egg bound too. (i youtubed it!) I'm not sure what else to do. Hopefully if there's an egg and I can get it out that helps but I don't think that's her only problem. Is there something else I should be looking for or doing? She's still eating, drinking and pooping, and jumping up on the roost, she's just slow right now.
