Chickens with scaly legs, scales peeling off, growths

Thanks, I am going to look more into who is in charge of the park etc, it is a small one and it is owned by the council but there must be a manager of the park. Yeah, i'm sure they wouldn't say no to treatment.

The thing is, im a 16 year old boy, i'm not sure what reaction I would get, I can pay but how would this work ? Would i pay for the treatment ? Give them the treatment or actually treat them ? I don't think that I have the confidence to do this. I just wish they wouldn't put chickens and animals in parks because it's unfair. What is to stop someone throwing them in a piece of chocolate ? Chocolate is likely to kill a chicken within 24 hours of eating it. They should give them away to people who want to rescue them.

You would need to work the details out with park management. Definitely leave out the opinion on animals kept in parks. As long as you keep the focus of the conversation on offering health care for the chickens, they should be impressed a young man is calling about it.

I definitely don't have the confidence to do that and also they might think i am some stuck up perfectionist person. My mum says they are fine so I don't know what to do
