Looks like a New Hampshire pullet. (The superior red in my opinon, they lack the frequent aggression issues of RIRs.)

It could also be a Production Red. I have two from Ideal (RIRXNew Hampshire) and they are laying machines. They look just like that.
Hatchery stock Rhode Island Reds and New Hampshire Reds (as well as Red Sex Links) all class as Production Reds.
