3 month old chickens won't sleep in coop?

I have three hens approx three months old and I caught them roosting on the roof of their coop the other night. I had to remove them and put them into the coop two nights in a row and am expecting a third tonight. I had them in a large covered cage previously while introducing them to our existing ladies and they all seem to get on well now but not sure. Would love some insight! Thanks,

That's normal for chicks that age, many will not go willingly into the coop until 3-5 months, especially if there's older birds and the coop is smaller.
 
X2 what old hen said. You may have to manually put them in the coop for a while, sometimes weeks. How big is your coop and how many ladies do you have altogether?
