Our friends' dog got in the coop and killed one and injured another. We have the injured one in a bin in the garage with one other chicken for company, but her legs have been just off to the side. Not sure if the legs are broken or her hips or dislocated or what. Not sure what to do. She has moved a few times but her legs

You might want to post in the Emergencies/Illness and Injuries section of the forum. I don't know how long your bird has been like this, but I'll be honest with you. If she were mine, I'd probably do her a favor and put her down if she didn't show improvement in a couple of days.
