Mold-like substance in fresh eggs

Can anyone tell me what is going on with my eggs?

You sure it's not poop? It's looks like poop on the shell and also looks like the same thing on the yolk. Do you know from which hen(s) this is happening from?

Someone just posted a similar picture in the last week. How old are the eggs? Pseudomonas and staphylococcus bacteria  can infect eggs sometimes. There is a good article about "common egg quality problems" if you Google it or do a search at the top of this page.
