Duckling bad leg

Well if you can't afford a vet visit, just wrap it in vet wrap. But if it doesn't get any better than I hate to say it, but it would be best to euthanize him.
 
A friend of ours had a vet wrap a hatchling's deformed leg for $300 and it did absolutely nothing to help the leg. The deformed leg stays tucked up under its body and it uses one foot to get around. I think I could have done a better job wrapping the leg with a roll of $1 paper tape from the Dollar Tree but she panicked and took it to an avian vet.
