Hi, I'm new to byc :) I have 7 five week old chicks, four are Ee and three are barred rocks. I noticed today that some seem to be either losing their tail feathers or something?

I'm wondering if it's normal and an indicator of pullets/roos? I took a few photos but the lighting is not great. In this pic there is one with the stumpy tail and one with a regular tail. Thank you for any help!
