Took some pictures of my ladies and chicks the other night and wanted to share. My older girls are Rode Island Reds, Sex Links and 1 Leghorn. My little girls are Sex links, Barre rocks, Easter Eggers, Leghorns & 2 fat little Cornish Rocks. The older hens are all 2yo and the Easter Eggers, Legohorns & Sex Links are 10 weeks. The Barred Rocks are 8 weeks old & Cornish Rocks are 6 weeks. They are heavier and bigger than the Barred Rocks though. I am looking forward for the first laid eggs of them all in a few months.
Penny, 2yo Sex Link she is very friendly lol
3 of my Rode Island Reds, most of them got all their feathers back after we adopted them but about4 of them still look ragged but they seem happy enough.
1 young Sex Link & 2 of the young Leghorns.

Radar & Owl Face both Easter Eggers but Radar was supposed to be a pullet
My other Easter Egger Pullet.
Radar
Grey Girl This easter egger girl reminds me so much of those ground dwelling parrots in the tropics because of the shape of her head and face she loves having her chest rubbed. As a chick she had a grey strip all the way from beak to tail but most of it is gone but still grey feathers in there especially on her head
This is Owl Head named by my 11yo son because she had the biggest face as a chick. Also loves chest rubs
1 of the Barred Rock
2 of the young Black Sex Links no color at all on one and the other has white dotes on each wing tip she also had white on her face as a chick but little if any remains.
