Barred Rock about 6 weeks old...is this a Roo?

Looks like it by stance, and the gray barring (instead of black) and wider white bars plus yellow legs

Thank you. Ive never had chickens before but had a feeling even when he was a week old. Not too dominant at all but always giving me "the eye" Then his comb came in and turned pink before the rest of them. I had hope cause some people on here said barred rocks develop fast.
He's become one of my faves.... i sure hope we can keep him anyway.
