I'm concerned for my baby polish

I just picked her up yesterday and noticed she had pasty butt. When I got home I cleaned her up as best I could and tried my hardest not to irritate her vent. It seems I've done just that. However I'm worried since it has gotten more red and seems to be oozing some liquid. Not red so I don't think it's blood.... Kind of a yellowish tinge to it. Also it look like she's wearing a diaper with the way her belly hangs. I'm wondering if that's a breed trait or is there something wrong? I have a Buff Orpinton, a RIR and a Cuckoo Maran. They did not have saggy bellys. ahe is a silver laced polish. Here are some photos. Please help.

In the pic is it the actual vent that is swollen and red? If not does the red swelling look like its protruding out of the vent? It could be a prolapse if the chick has been straining to poop.
 
I haven't noticed her straining to poop. I was just concerned because the redness looks so angry. Thank you for you're help. Is the pouch belly okay as well or is that not normal?
 
Did she have a hard hatch?
I just hatched some, and the ones that seemed to struggle out of the shell have that larger belly. Please understand, I am not sure why, I was just noticing the belly and pasty butt with my polish that either were malpositioned at hatch and had to be assisted, and those that struggled a bit to hatch.
 
To be honest I don't know about her hatch. She peeps a lot too and because my other one are a couple weeks older they want nothing to do with her so she thinks I'm her flock now. Her name is Popcorn or Poppy for short. When I picked her up she kept hopping around and looked like popcorn popping. :D I had a white created polish for about a week before she unfortunately passed and I saw that she didn't have the large tummy. I just wanted to make sure my bird was okay. I know that the vet can give me the definite answer but I can't get to her until at least tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
 
Update guys!! I cleaned her tush today and saw that it wasn't too bad looking. Still a little red but pretty much good now. I even found she still has her umbilical cord. She's even acting a little perkier.
