8 week old black and white EE a roo?

Shoot, I think one of my chickens is a roo? It is becomming severly agressive with the siblings and is MUCH larger than them, even the leggs. I swear it has also been trying to crow. Can you take a look and let me know your thoughts please?




 
The pattern is nice and even, the comb is small and pale -- at this point nothing is looking particularly cockerelish about this bird.
 
Hard to see but we are now showing iridescence green colors in the tail, need a sun shot tomorrow because I swear I saw red as well, and we are crowing a HORRIBLE crow every morning, you would think I was strangling it the sound is so bad. But no comb yet, possible that at 8 weeks it is just not developing yet?
