Hello!
Only one of our indian runner ducks hatched, so after 10 days of it being alone we purchased a 3 week old Indian Runner and added him in with the current, younger duckling. The younger duckling is very aggressive and pecks at the old, bigger ducklings eyes. What can I do so that they can live together?
We also purchased 2 chicks. THe younger duckling is aggressive with them too. So I separated them out. Any suggestions?
 
The ducklings will eventually get used to each other. When I introduced my ducklings, I let them play together in the bathtub or in a large space so they could get away from each other. A little bickering is normal. I don't know anything about putting chicks and ducklings together.

If it's more than just a little poking, you might divide the brooder with temporary fence so they can see each other but not hurt each other. Eyes can get infected if injured, so keep watch - sometimes we have to protect them from themselves.
