Hi I'm new to BYC and I have a question about the olive egger roo. Recently I had one of my broody hens hatch a cluch of eggs and one was a olive egger X white leghorn and the leghorn was our roo and was extremely aggressive and right away the white olive egger cockerel ( that's what I call it ) started to act aggressive towards me but he lets me pet him (usually) but he only pects me when I run his stomach...
Ok ūüėā back to the question are olive egger Roosters aggressive.

Hi and welcome to BYC - glad that you have joined us.

An aggressive roo is not necessarily a function of breed - some roos are just plain mean. There are plenty of roos around, and particularly if you have children, keeping an aggressive roo is not a good idea. Having said that, you may want to read the following link.

All the best

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele
