Wondering if my chick is an OEGB?

Hi BYC,
I have a chick that I hatched from eggs my friend gave me but she didn't know what the eggs would hatch out to be. I think my chick is an OEGB but need a second opinion. Thanks! (:

Thank you! The egg was very small. It was smaller than a silkie egg
