Can I name it Splash Gordon, or is my top of the pecking order a pullet?

Ok this chick is the fastest growing, most bossy and vocal of all my chicks, and is #1 or 2 on the pecking order of 20+ chicks. I am honestly hoping it is going to be a beautiful splash rooster, but would be more than happy with a hen. Just wondering everyone's opinion?

Sorry. It is a (guessing on age) 3-4 week old English Splash Orpington. This is the best i could get it to cooperate, but i can post better tomorrow.
